NORDIC RIDER

NORDIC RIDER ("NORDIC RIDER", "we", "us") operates a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects snowmobile owners with riders who want to rent snowmobiles in Sweden and, over time, across Scandinavia. NORDIC RIDER is a new marketplace and is currently launching in Sweden.
NORDIC RIDER provides a platform for listings, messaging and booking requests. Unless specifically stated, NORDIC RIDER is not the owner or renter of any snowmobile listed on the platform and is not a party to the rental agreement between an owner and a renter.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid snowmobile licence required for the snowmobile you intend to rent. You agree to provide accurate information, including licence and identity details, and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for your own conduct on the platform, including messages, bookings and any agreement you reach with another user. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Owners set their own prices, availability, requirements and rental terms. Renters review listings and submit booking requests, which owners may accept or decline. A booking is not confirmed until the owner accepts it and any required payment is completed.
NORDIC RIDER does not guarantee that any snowmobile will be available, that a booking request will be accepted, or that any particular snowmobile meets a renter's expectations. Renters should read listings carefully and ask the owner questions before booking.
NORDIC RIDER is currently finalising its rental insurance program for public bookings in Sweden. Exact coverage, eligibility and any insurance-related features will be published before insured rentals begin. Until then, no insurance coverage is provided or implied by NORDIC RIDER.
Renters and owners are responsible for confirming their own insurance and breakdown cover before any rental. Do not assume that any insurance, roadside assistance or damage protection is included unless it is explicitly confirmed in writing.
Where secure payments are enabled, payments are processed through the platform's payment provider. Owners may receive payouts after completed rentals. Until secure payouts are enabled, payment and payout arrangements are the responsibility of the parties.
A renter may cancel a booking request before the owner approves it. After approval, the cancellation policy shown on the booking or listing applies.
NORDIC RIDER acts as a marketplace platform. To the extent permitted by law, NORDIC RIDER is not liable for the acts or omissions of owners or renters, for the condition of any snowmobile, or for any loss arising from a rental. Owners and renters are responsible for their own conduct, agreements and insurance.
NORDIC RIDER also lists organized snowmobile tours operated by independent third-party tour operators. Unless specifically stated, tours are organized, operated and sold by the tour provider, not by NORDIC RIDER. Some links may be referral or partner links.
